Terrell Creek Farm Chocolate Chip Chevre Cake

Total Time: 2.5 hours, Serves: 10


  • 8 ounces room temperature Terrell Creek Farm Chevre
  • 1 stick butter, room temperature – real butter is best, salted or unsalted is based on your preference (we prefer salted)
  • 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 ounces mini semi-sweet chocolate chips


  • Blend Terrell Creek Farm Chevre and butter until smooth, add powdered sugar and vanilla, blend until incorporated
  • Add chocolate chips and blend until evenly distributed
  • Chill in a container or mold into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap for at least two hours
  • Serve with graham crackers (you can also put into a graham cracker crust before chilling)
